Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Greencove Immigration Services Inc. provides immigration consulting services as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Our services include but are not limited to:

• Immigration eligibility assessments
• Application preparation and submission
• Consultation and advisory services
• Representation before IRCC and IRB

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Submit required documents in a timely manner
• Pay all fees as agreed
• Notify us of any changes to your circumstances

Fees and Payment

All fees will be clearly communicated before services begin. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Government fees are separate and payable directly to IRCC.

No Guarantee of Success

We cannot guarantee approval of any immigration application. Final decisions rest with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for decisions made by IRCC or any delays in processing.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed will be due upon termination.
